Paving work continues in Columbia after the Board of Aldermen approved the paving of Owens Street at its meeting Tuesday night.
T. L. Wallace had the lowest base bid on the project in the amount of $152,095. Dungan Engineering was also awarded the contract for engineering services for the work being completed on Owens Street.
