‘Night of Hope’ to help finish out the holiday season downtown

There is an old love song, “Love is a many splendored thing,” and if you ask Billy and Jean Bourne they will completely agree with that sentiment, even after being married for 70 years. Wednesday was their 70th wedding anniversary, getting married in her home in the Dexter community Dec. 23, 1950.
