Longsnapper is a position often overlooked on the football field, but every team needs one. Having a good, consistent one is all the more valuable, which Columbia had last season with Briggs Walley. The senior parlayed his two years with the Wildcats into a football scholarship with Southwest Mississippi Community College, signing Feb. 27.
