Kyndall Carter, who was set to stand trial later this month for a January 2022 shooting in Foxworth that killed Jada Jefferson and paralyzed Hannah Gomez, pled guilty to depraved heart murder and aggravated assault and has been sentenced to 40 years in prison without the possibility of parole.
