A Foxworth man got the maximum sentence Friday as a habitual offender after being convicted for his fourth DUI and a drug charge.
Terry Dustin Baughman, 38, received 13 years to serve Friday from Circuit Judge Tony Mozingo, according to a news release from District Attorney Hal Kittrell.
