Mistake catches up with serial burglar

When a man attempted to enter a home on Greymont Drive through a window Sunday, he was met by the homeowners inside, leading to his arrest and the capture of a serial burglar.

Law enforcement testifies in Mitchell trial

Mobile home blaze takes group effort

On March 29, firefighters from Pine Burr and Tri-Community Volunteer Fire Departments, along with the Columbia Fire Department, were called for mutual aid to South Marion VFD to the scene of a mobile home fire at 2299 Mississippi 13 South. The fire was contained to the back two bedrooms, and no one was injured in the blaze.
