The Marion County Sheriff's Office landed even more arrests in the final days of the 420 Blitz. They made 21 to be exact, and they were looking for five more suspects as of Tuesday afternoon.

Columbia opts out of Medical Cannabis Act

The Columbia Board of Aldermen voted on April 19 to opt out of the Mississippi Medical Cannabis Act until all rules and regulations have been set at the state level. The board can vote to opt back in at a later date if it so desires.

Main Street Seafood, just a little 'cray cray'

But that is just what the new owners of Main Street Seafood did this month.
Back in January, Nik Ingram saw a small for sale sign in the window of Main Street Seafood, indicating the building and the business were for sale.
