Two Columbia men and a Sumrall man were arrested Friday night by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office for a series of false checks from local businesses.
Jerome Smith, 29, and Christopher Franklin, 22, both of Columbia, and Draper Mclendon, 21, of Sumrall were each arrested with a felony charge of false pretenses.
