A Columbia woman whose home burned down in September was arrested Tuesday afternoon and charged with first degree arson and conspiracy to commit a felony.
Angel Thiac, 31, was being held in the Marion County Jail on $20,000 bond as of press deadlines after being arrested by the Columbia Police Department.
